ABOUT
I found my way to Yoga in 2004 for the first time, when I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. This diagnosis led me to my first yoga lesson, after which I just felt like never before. I received so much from this lesson: Strength, Lightness, overwhelming Joy and tensions released. Since then Yoga has been integrated to my daily life and it healed my disease.

The desire to teach people has been with me since my childhood. With 13 years of gymnastics past at the age of 17 I started to lead kids gymnastics lessons in my gymnactics club. In 2000 I gratuated as MA in Teaching English Language and Literature. I taugth Enlgish as a second language for kids and adults for 10 years.

After giving birth to 3 chilren in a row I said goodbye to teaching for a while. However, I continued my yoga practices and have been taking part in a Yoga Instructor course (Yoga Alliance International). Furthermore, I have been working as an ELKI-Turnen Leiterin in Birmensdorf.

I think now, it is time to start sharing my yoga experience with others . I would really like to help others to find their Selves, Health, Satisfaction and Joy of Life.
